Full IOP care, delivered securely from anywhere in California
Golden State Rehab's telehealth program delivers our full Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) by secure, HIPAA-compliant video — live 3-hour sessions, 3 to 5 days per week, about 9 to 15 hours of treatment weekly, with morning and evening tracks, from anywhere in California. You keep your job and your routine while getting real clinical care. You join real-time group therapy, meet one-on-one with your primary therapist each week, and see our board-certified psychiatrist for medication support — all from a computer, tablet, or phone, with no downloads needed. It's the same evidence-based curriculum as our in-person program at our Westwood office in West Los Angeles, built for people who live farther away, can't manage the commute, or simply feel more at ease starting treatment from home. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and a free, confidential assessment determines whether online IOP is the right level of care for you.

Choose the track that fits your life: morning sessions before the day fills up, or evening sessions after work — with no commute either way.
A private video session with your primary therapist every week, plus psychiatric consultations and medication support as your treatment plan calls for.
Yes — online IOP is about as work-friendly as real treatment gets. The evening track meets after typical work hours, and there's no commute and no waiting room. Log off work, log in to group.
Your privacy holds up too. We never contact your employer, and your records are protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — a federal confidentiality rule written specifically for substance use treatment. If you ever want time away, federal FMLA and California's CFRA generally give eligible employees the right to job-protected leave for a serious health condition. That's general legal information, not legal advice — but getting help rarely has to put your job at risk.
It depends on your plan — which is why we check your benefits before anything else. We accept most major insurance providers, and under federal parity law and California's SB 855, health plans must cover medically necessary care like IOP.
This verification of benefits (VOB) is free, confidential, and doesn't commit you to anything.
Our telehealth program serves clients throughout California who can't access our Los Angeles facility or prefer the flexibility of remote treatment.
Our telehealth program isn't a faceless app. It's run from our DHCS-licensed clinic at 1964 Westwood Blvd in Westwood, West Los Angeles, by the same clinical team that treats clients in person. If you're local, you can step into our in-person IOP at any point — it's the same curriculum.
We serve online clients across the Westside and beyond:
