Outpatient addiction & mental health treatment — PHP, IOP & telehealth — on Westwood Blvd, minutes from UCLA and the 405.
Golden State Rehab is a DHCS-licensed outpatient treatment center at 1964 Westwood Blvd in West Los Angeles. If you live or work anywhere on the Westside — Westwood, Sawtelle, Rancho Park, Palms, Century City, or the neighborhoods in between — structured, physician-led care for addiction and mental health is a short drive from your door. Many of our clients keep their jobs, classes at UCLA, or family routines while they get well.
We are an outpatient center, not a hospital or a live-in facility. You come in for treatment during the day or evening and sleep at home. If you need medical detox first, we help arrange it with a licensed detox partner and hold your spot, so there is no gap between withdrawal management and the deeper work of recovery.

Recovery is easier with a community behind you, and the Westside has one of the most active recovery communities in Los Angeles. Twelve-step and other peer support meetings run daily across Westwood, Santa Monica, and Culver City, and our team helps every client build a realistic weekly support plan before discharge.
If stable housing would support your recovery, we coordinate referrals to structured sober living operators across Southern California, including homes like Comeback Sober Living. Living in a substance-free home while attending our PHP or IOP program is a proven structure for early recovery.
Two national resources worth saving: SAMHSA's free, confidential helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (24/7, English and Spanish) and the treatment locator at FindTreatment.gov. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
When you finish treatment with us, you don't lose your community — our alumni program keeps you connected with peers and staff long after your last session.
