Discreet outpatient treatment — PHP, IOP & telehealth for addiction and mental health — about 15 minutes west of Beverly Hills on Westwood Blvd.
Privacy is usually the first question we hear from Beverly Hills callers, and it deserves a straight answer. Golden State Rehab operates from a quiet suite at 1964 Westwood Blvd, about fifteen minutes west of Beverly Hills, just past Century City. There is no crowd and no scene — clients arrive and leave the way anyone visits a fourth-floor office.
We are a DHCS-licensed outpatient center treating addiction and mental health conditions. Attorneys, executives, physicians, and public-facing professionals choose our PHP, IOP, and telehealth programs because the structure bends around a demanding calendar instead of erasing it. You attend sessions during the day or evening, then sleep in your own bed.
One honest caveat: we do not offer residential care or detox on site. If medically supervised withdrawal should come first, we arrange it with a licensed detox partner and hold your spot here, so treatment begins the moment detox ends.

Take Santa Monica Blvd west through Century City, then turn right on Westwood Blvd. The building comes up on your right, and most drives take about fifteen minutes outside of rush hour.
Follow Wilshire Blvd west, then turn left on Westwood Blvd and continue south past Westwood Village. We sit between Santa Monica Blvd and Olympic, with street and garage parking nearby.
Metro Local lines run along both Santa Monica Blvd and Wilshire Blvd from Beverly Hills, with stops a short walk from our door on Westwood Blvd.
We are roughly four miles west of Rodeo Drive and Beverly Gardens Park, just past Century City. Suite 425 is on the fourth floor of a discreet office building — nothing outside announces why you're visiting.
The Westside recovery community holds meetings every day of the week, including several with a strong professional focus — rooms where people working in law, medicine, entertainment, and business support one another with the discretion those settings expect. Before discharge, we help you map out a weekly meeting plan you can realistically keep.
When a substance-free home would strengthen early recovery, we refer clients to structured sober living operators across Southern California, including Comeback Sober Living. Pairing sober housing with our PHP or IOP schedule adds accountability to every day of the week.
Keep two national resources handy: SAMHSA's free, confidential helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (24/7, English and Spanish) and the federal treatment locator at FindTreatment.gov. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Finishing treatment doesn't mean going forward alone. Our alumni program keeps former clients connected to staff and peers long after the last session.
Discretion matters — so does proof. Every statement below has a public record behind it.

About four miles, or roughly fifteen minutes by car. From Beverly Hills, take Santa Monica Blvd west through Century City and turn right on Westwood Blvd — we're at 1964 Westwood Blvd, Suite 425, Los Angeles, CA 90025. Wilshire Blvd works as an alternate route, and Metro Local buses run along both corridors.
Yes. Federal law — 42 CFR Part 2 — gives substance use treatment records extra protection beyond HIPAA, and California adds its own privacy safeguards. We cannot confirm you are in treatment or release records without your written consent, outside of narrow exceptions the law defines, such as a medical emergency. We'll gladly explain exactly how this works before you enroll.
Outpatient only. You attend structured programming — PHP, IOP, or telehealth — during the day or evening and sleep at home or in sober living. We do not offer residential beds or on-site detox. If medically supervised withdrawal needs to happen first, we refer you to a licensed detox facility and hold your place in our program.
Yes — most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare, cover some or all of outpatient treatment. Every policy is different, so our admissions team runs a free, confidential benefits check and explains your estimated costs before you commit to anything, usually within about an hour.
Yes. Our IOP runs evening tracks built for people with demanding daytime schedules, and telehealth sessions can replace office visits when you're traveling or in back-to-back meetings. Many clients commuting from Beverly Hills and Century City finish treatment while keeping their normal workday fully intact.
